By accessing or using the WeMush platform ("Platform"), including any associated websites, mobile applications, or services provided by MushOhio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes.

3. Platform Access and Beta Status

3.1 Beta/Pre-release Version

The Platform is currently in beta/pre-release status. You acknowledge that:

• The Platform may contain bugs, errors, and other issues
• Features may be modified, removed, or changed without notice
• Data may be lost or corrupted
• Service interruptions may occur without warning
• The Platform may be discontinued at any time

3.2 Access License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal or business use, subject to these Terms.

You must:

By submitting content to the Platform, you:

• Represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license
• Acknowledge we may remove any content at our discretion

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Platform access in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Platform Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Platform at any time
• Terminate or suspend your access without notice
• Transfer our rights and obligations to others in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.

13. Assignment

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
